What evaluators do

You visit a business as a regular customer. Stay at a hotel, dine at a restaurant, or shop a retail store. You test the service and document everything through our proprietary evaluation framework — hundreds of data points across weighted categories. The business never knows you're there.

Your observations feed directly into the BlindSpot algorithm, generating performance scores and revenue impact projections. Your work directly helps business operators improve their customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail (front desk, server, store associate, management)
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain anonymous and objective during evaluations
  • Willingness to travel to assigned locations
  • Reliable smartphone for real-time documentation and photo evidence
  • Professional demeanor — you need to pass as a regular customer
